OH MY GOSH YOU GUYS! YOU GUYS OH MY GOSH!
I was just cleaning out my art folder and I found this piece I started last April (ancient by internet standards) but never finished. Look at how crude it is! I was still learning how to use a tablet (still am really). I was trying to do some water color type effect and it wasn't going very well.
I know I said I wasn't going to be putting up my uncompleted/scrapped works, but I just had to for this one because...
1) It's cute!
2) I think this still counts as essentially abuse, so it doesn't hurt my cred.
3) It is so similar to Doctordappel's great story about homeless Scootaloo.

Lauren Faust's mind can go to some fairly unusual places considering the kid-friendly context of the show (for example, it is alleged that as far as she was concerned, Applejack's parents are dead) so it's not too unrealistic a stretch to assume that Scootaloo...
Well, yeah, I really hope we see her family in Season 3 and this gets dispelled.
